Planer with a capacity up to 8” x 24” and up to 26’ long.

Moulders with a capacity of up to 4” x 12” and up to 60’ lengths for pattern and fine finishing.

Resaws with a capacity of up to 14” x 22” x 24’

Knife and Saw Shop:

We have over 200 cutterheads and a multitude of knife configurations along with our resaw blades we operate our own onsite Knife and saw shop. We grind our own pattern knifes and can custom design practically any pattern that will fit our machines for profiling. Our patterns are CAD drawn and a print is available for final approval prior to mailing.

All bands are sharpened, swaged and benched by experienced Valley Milling Link Road employees in our saw fitting shop to maintain the expected cutting face finish.
